As an avid practitioner, I encourage all students to learn about how to exercise safely and teach others. To do this, I provide the basic, essential information about how the body operates and then build up from there into advanced movements and conditioning.
I am a qualified personal trainer with a Certificate III and IV in Health and Fitness from the College of Health and Fitness. I specialise in callisthenics, body weight exercise, gymnastics, strength and conditioning and power training and can also provide basic nutritional advice and education.
