My teaching style is very mindful but enjoyable. Mainly I will focus on some streching but also include the skills of breathing. Teaching fundamental will yoga accessible and fun for anyone and everyone. It could be challenging if you would like a workout, or slow paced and soothing if you would like to relax. In my first class, we will discuss our goal and I will find the suitable way for you to learn.
I have been tutoring for couple of years in Taiwan, including personal training, dance class, and of course yoga. I have experience in teaching one to one but also a group of people, although I prefer to teach small class. I am currently a professional dancer.
