Hey guys!! First of all I must admit that I'm not a bodybuilding, physique loving kinda guy. I'm just an other lazy and junk food loving guy who never thought about fitness and stuff in my daily routine. I came to know about Sanjith through a good friend of mine. He motivated me towards a healthy life style. He trained me for a brief period of 6-7 months and I must admit that I've never felt this healthy and positive about my body and physique. He suggested me with good food practice and workout routine that I could easily follow. Omg ! I just can’t believe that my old pants actually fit me. He truly is a Wonderman. Am 25 and am this lazy - foodie combo person. So, it comes without saying that i wasn’t fit.
