Methodology

I am Sanjith, did my bachelor's in engineering and pursuing my master's. A lot of interest in training and giving them results.
My main training would be high intensity workout and bodybuilding. Client specific goals can also be done.
My main key specialties - Bodybuilding, Weight-loss, Fitness trainings

Background

Giving training for 2 years. 5 years of bodybuilding and have done several competitions. I was doing training for my friends and colleagues as a hobby.
I always plan and give the best. Try my sessions for a few days you can notice the difference.

Rate for 5 hours of lessons : $150
Rate for 10 hours of lessons : $280

Sanjith was my personal trainer for more than a year. He has a great passion towards body-building and gym training. He is the coolest trainer I've ever met. Hey guys!! First of all I must admit that I'm not a bodybuilding, physique loving kinda guy. I'm just an other lazy and junk food loving guy who never thought about fitness and stuff in my daily routine. I came to know about Sanjith through a good friend of mine. He motivated me towards a healthy life style. He trained me for a brief period of 6-7 months and I must admit that I've never felt this healthy and positive about my body and physique. He suggested me with good food practice and workout routine that I could easily follow. What I really liked about his training is that he was very friendly and down to earth with the way he conveys his instructions. If you expect your trainer to be a friendly yet result oriented, I'd suggest Sanjith any day!
