With personal training is important for you as client to have a goal and be dedicated. Everything is a journey. I start classes with deviding our primary goal to smaller achievable goals so we stay motivated and not become overwhelmed.

Miriam is a great instructor, not only helped me with my fitness routine but also provided me with some helpful advice on my diet as a bonus. The best thing about Miriam is she keeps you pushing even though you don’t feel like it on that day. Very professional. I can highly recommend Miriam.
