About Andrea
I am a confident, motivated and open-minded individual. I have been passionate about movement and fitness since I can remember. I grew up playing physical sports such as rugby while also mountain biking and rock climbing to a high level. In my early twenties I discovered the effectiveness of calisthenics for building strength and flexibility in the mind and body. In 2022 I qualified as a personal trainer, allowing me to further combine my knowledge to help people achieve their holistic health potential. I love what I do!

I specialise in helping men and women of all ages and abilities reach their health & fitness goals. Whatever it is you want to achieve - I ensure you get there in a way that is challenging, sustainable & fun. Whether building up physical fitness and increasing mobility (flexibility you can put to use!). I combine my personal training qualification (REPS Level III) with my extensive sports knowledge (Rugby, rock climbing, skiing, endurance running, etc.) to offer the absolute best service I can. I recommend working together on a weekly basis to guarantee progress and can also include access to a digital app for support & accountability outside of our live classes. Every programme is tailored to you and we always work towards achieving specific, measurable, achievable, relevant & time-bound (SMART) goals.

I've been training with Andrea for three weeks now, and I can confidently say it has been the most enjoyable and transformative fitness experience of my life. Changed my life!
Andrea has helped me change the way I think about exercise and increased my motivation - I stopped prioritising my weight and focused on the amazing things my body can do with the right strength and cardio training. He created a personalised routine that ticked every box; taking into consideration my lifestyle, diet preferences and goals. After a few months I’ve started to see the changes I have been working to (unsuccessfully) achieve myself for over 6 months. Can’t recommend him highly enough - a great PT, person and coach! Andrea has been my personal trainer for over a month now and I have nothing but good things to say about him.
