My lessons are geared towards aspiring personal trainers who want to dive into how to provide a service that is more holistic (not just about getting big muscles and losing weight) and a service that can assist clients in overcoming injury. A very relaxed style and structure of teaching, however still providing essential and applicable takeaways in every lesson.
