Methodology
I am a very passionate 22 year old yoga teacher, finding yoga at the age of 15 it allowed me to create ease in my mind and feel free in my body. My classes are slower paced, with a special focus on alignment, breath and meditation. My passion is to help individuals access the incredible capabilities of their body and mind, ease stress/anxiety and feel good in their bodies and minds. The classes are specially structured depending on the individual although will leave you feeling relaxed, calm and tension free.
Background
I have been practicing yoga for 7 years and teaching for nearly 2 years from home and in local studios and practicing for 7 years. I have completed 400hrs of yoga teacher training with two different courses, as well as regularly attending workshops and reading yoga related books.

Lily is an incredible yoga teacher who makes you feel comfortable & accepted in each of her classes. She is very accomodating and has a unique slow paced nurturing style of yoga, focusing heavily on the connection and importance between breath and movement. She also incorporates mindfulness and meditation in her classes which promotes a sense of balance and clarity. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to establish or deepen their yoga practice.
