My classes are always different. I believe variability is the key to good health and good movement. I often improvise sections of my classes, which allows my to tailor them to the students who actually show up, not the ones I imagined I’d be teaching.
I trained as a yoga teacher in India in 2015. Since then I have developed my qualifications at workshops and events. I teach part-time, during the day I am a web designer.
