Rotna has shown a secure understanding of Geography and is confident in this subject. She is able to draw on geographical skills, knowledge and understanding of processes and patterns to present arguments orally and in her written work. She has shown an excellent understanding for the issues we face with a warming world and the impacts of natural hazards on countries with varying degrees of development. She is able to understand the changing nature of the world resulting from globalisation and recognises the social, political, economic and environmental implications resulting from an increasingly interconnected world. Rotna has produced some outstanding pieces of work which reflect her secure understanding for key concepts and is reflected in her grade for assessments and essays. She is able to work independently on tasks and carry out research well. She actively listens to others students and is a vital contributor to class discussions. She often supports her peers with their work and has supported teachers in GCSE Geography classes. Rotna would make an excellent tutor and is a confident and friendly individual whose passion for geography is evident.

As a teacher of Geography I have had the pleasure of teaching Rotna for four years. She is driven, organised and develops supportive relationships with others. Rotna demonstrated drive, curiosity and dedication throughout her studies, all characteristics which she has encouraged in those around her. She excels at explaining content, understanding the requirements of the specification and has deep knowledge of how to answer exam questions. She has excellent verbal and written communication skills and is very motivated. Rotna accomplishes this with great initiative and a positive attitude. I highly recommend Rotna as a tutor.
