My teaching method is primarily based on repeated practice of Mathematical problems. Alongside vigorous practice, I also believe that it is important for the student to explore a variety of methods while learning to ensure which way they understand concepts the best. However, it will be my job to identify the student's abilities and to ensure that I choose the right learning method which suits a student's needs. I can ensure you, from my past experience, that I can do this.
I am an engineering student at the University of Adelaide who has been a Kumon teaching assistant for Mathematics and English. I am extremely passionate about sharing my knowledge to ensure that my fellow students can achieve their goals. I have been in this job for the last two years and have been especially appreciated for my professionalism and my ability to understand the individual learning needs of students.
In November 2018 I completed my education with an ATAR of 93.00 and obtained a Year 12 Graduation Award (certified) and an International Baccalaureate diploma. Besides completing my education over the last two years, I worked as a part-time teaching assistant for Kumon Education Australia. My responsibilities in this role included providing face-to-face assistance to multiple students at a time.
