About Michael
I am a Masters by Research student at the University of Leeds studying Climate and Atmospheric Sciences. I graduated my BSc in Geology in 2021 and aim to move onto a PhD next year. I want to teach because I know that a blanket method approach to teaching isn't effective for everyone and I would have benefitted a lot from personalised tutor sessions. I wish to provide those personalised sessions to you so that you can build a foundation upon which you can achieve any ambitions you have no matter how absurd they may seem right now. You can achieve your ambitions and how you learn should not be a barrier to your own success.

My approach to teaching is to work with you to find what best helps you. People learn in different ways so it just takes finding that right way to make you comfortable with a topic. I will help you learn with a personalised approach that best helps you to feel confident. I like to try and bring in as many real world examples to teaching to make sure you feel like there is some purpose to what you are learning as it make its more tangeable and feel worthwhile.
