My teaching philosophy is to ensure that the student is truly learning- and not just memorising- by understanding the information I convey them in a comfortable, positive environment.
The lesson would:
- Start off with any homework questions
- After the question(s) have been thoroughly explained, new concepts from a textbook appropriate to their age level would be taught.
-Short breaks would be enforced to avoid the student feeling burnt out.
-Examples of the concept would be explored until the end of the lesson.
Hello! As the eldest of four children, whose ages range from 10-17, I have teaching them for most of my life.
I want to help students in grades 3-11 needing help in the Maths or English department so they can grow and develop into a more confident version of themselves!
