My name is Lisa, and I focus on drawing processes that explore subjects of curiosity for my students. Regardless of skill or experience levels, we use fun forms of creative attention to free up expressive flow and openness to experimental media.
I have taught (and been taught) Art in a variety of contexts. Having drawn for fun from a young age, it was natural to teach art to children when I came to work in childcare for several years. Seeking out two arts degrees then at the University of Tasmania, I also had opportunities to work as a paid peer facilitator in Arts Theory and Studio practices, while being taught experimental methods in a variety of media within Contemporary Arts contexts in employment and as an undergraduate.
