My teaching method is based on differentiated instruction, keeping all students in mind when planning tutorials. Getting to know my students well so I can provide each one with bespoke experiences and tasks to improve their learning. Also understanding the differences and similarities among students and use this information to plan lessons. Seeing each individual student flourish is very rewarding .
I have been cooking for nearly 30 Yrs. Having travelled extensively worldwide working on Private Yachts , Private Estates , Chalets, Private cooking demonstrations. Working in Vineyards, Restaurants, cafes and Pubs. I have taught and mentored many apprentices , Young Chefs, kitchen hands . Having taught my son from a young age he is now cooking at a very prominent Wedding venue.

Perfect! I love cooking with Becks! I am normally very anxious and lack a lot of confidence in the kitchen. But Becks is turning that all around and we have a lot of laughs while we cook. I feel like I’ve struck gold in finding her to teach me.
Kate is such a pleasure to teach , she is very quick at picking up techniques, cooking terms and extremely easy to get along with . We have a great time in our lesson, a few laughs and some amazing food being produced. Kate has produced some beautiful dishes , Im very proud of her. We continue to cook laugh and enjoy each others company
