About the lesson

My teaching process is enjoying the class, and make learning easy, fun, and joyful. I believe in every student I teach. Thanks to my work experience, I learned many approaches and methods of teaching Arabic. I am very patient with students, and I follow a method that allows every student to pronounce and write nicely in Arabic. I use videos and exercises as practices, so the session is so much fun and interactive. Also, I keep discussing with students even after the class sessions, so I make sure everything is clear. I share notes, videos, texts and practices.

For the past years, I helped my students to speak very well Arabic and dialects too. Being a tutor and helping others to attain their goals makes me very happy and proud.

I am always open to your questions and your suggestions. If you are interested in learning Arabic and speaking fluently, you are in the right profile. Do not hesitate to contact me!

Did you grow up speaking this language? Or were you inspired by a trip abroad, an individual or a certain aspect of the culture?

I am Moroccan, so Arabic is my native language.

  • 02

Can you name a living, historical or fictional character that you think is the emblematic representative of the language's culture?

I would love to name Mohamed Darwich as an emblematic representative of the Arabic culture and language.

  • 03

Is there a typical word, phrase, tradition or expression in the language that you particularly like?

The expression that I like the most in Arabic is Salamu Alaikum, it is hello in English, and it means peace be upon you. I love this expression because I find that it describes exactly what the world should be like. Peace should be upon everyone.

  • 04

Why does speaking this language matter to you?

Speaking this language matters to me because it is my native language. Keeping the Arabic culture alive matters to me.

  • 05

What is the main difficulty in learning this language and what can help the process of learning?

The main difficulty in learning any language may be commitment. Students may not be committed; sometimes, finding difficulty in learning a specific concept may prevent them from learning the language. My opinion is to never give up, and the students should always remember that the concept that they find difficult is the one that they will master the most if they focus on it.
