I try different approaches according to people needs. A single meditation usually lasts 30 minute with the technique I use. The rest of the time can be used to explain what to do, what are the important things to concentrate (chakra), and discuss about what the person would like to get from the meditation.
I have given meditation lessons to my friends and relatives who experienced a change in their lives, noticing more relax and less stress. Their quality of sleep improved as well as their positive thought.
You do not have to sit down in the loto position, you can do it even on a chair.
If you can not take a lesson, you will not have to pay for it.
If you have difficulties to pay this rate, we can arrange for a different one.
I have attended a yoga course for 2 years and partecipate to a variety of seminars which explained how to relax yourself (e.g. Brian Weiss), so I know also other types of meditation technique: if you do not like, I can teach you another one.
I personally noticed a great change in my life since I started to meditate, and, by now I have more than three years of experience. My view has changed and it is easier for me to be positive and optimistic.
Sara is a very patient a calm person, always willing to help others to improve. She focuses on students' needs in order to help them reach their goals. She has experience in teaching languages (both Italian and English), as well as computer skills and meditation, also to friends and family members. I strongly recommend her as a tutor as she will be able to you to reach you objective in the best way possible according to your needs.
She is very responsible, patient and well-organised. She puts effort in everything she does and cares deeply about her students' individual needs. In addition, she is attending a Master in Secondary Education at Griffith University, therefore her lessons are based on reliable teaching methods.
