« Amby was a school friend who was happy to help me out by tutoring me in French and English twice a week and helped me pass both subjects with flying colours I couldn't be more grateful. Her methods weren't something I'd ever experienced in the past, she treated me like a French school student who'd been on exchange for a number of months and had to catch up on everything they'd missed out on. She began by making me go through the alphabet so many times that I quickly got sick of it giving me tips and tricks to improve my pronunciation of certain letters, before moving onto sounds and then books. She also made me learn the Becherelle back to front, which is as Amby said ' the holy grail of French conjugation' before moving on to learning vocab and writing. I would recommend Amby to other Superprof members because she's not just a tutor but also a friend who could see through all my white lies, massively improved my confidence speaking and writing wise in French and was strict when it came to homework and deadlines.
