My teaching method starts with your body measures. Then, I share the relevant carbs, proteins and fats that you need to consume during the day. After that, we prepare a workout and diet program according to your interests (any injuries or allergies need to be expressed by the individual).
I have been doing bodybuilding for 5 years. When I was first started, my weight was 90kgs. In 2016, I was 65 kgs and now I am 72kgs with muscular development. I have tried ketogenic diets, low-carb nutrition plans and bulking diets. I have tried three different workout plans as each of them had a separate approach towards bodybuilding.
