I aim to provide informed guidance and inspiration sharing yoga, in a judgement-free and loving space. By teaching with humour and humility, I focus on helping people experience the gifts of self-awareness, self-acceptance and self-understanding, ultimately opening pathways to feeling empowered and joyful in everyday life.
I have a Cert IV in Yoga Teaching (600hrs).
Currently I teach two public classes a week at a studio, as well as students privately. Classes have a theme each week (e.g. gratitude, courage, etc), and include meditation/pranayama practice. For private students I tailor classes depending on the students' goals and abilities. I also have a BSc Hons in Psychology.

She is extremely patient and supportive and explains various techniques which has enabled me to develop and improve my positioning. Jen is a really patient teacher. She takes time to make you feel comfortable and she progress at a pace to suit you. I always feels very relaxed and re-energised after a class. She also has great music that fits each class perfectly!

I met Jen shortly after I had my daughter in January. After suffering from post natal depression, lack of energy and motivation I was desperate to try anything other than the medicinal route as that just wasn’t working for me. A friend recommended her to me saying how patient and non-judge mental she was. I was so body conscious, and nervous and wasn’t comfortable with any of the teachers I had met through different gyms. After the first meet felt instantly at ease. She is someone who you can meet for the first time but feel like you’ve known her forever. She has such positive energy and is so caring and patient. Not only has she helped me fall in love with yoga but through breath work she has helped me implement meditation into my daily routine. Since having classes with Jen I feel like I have become more calm, my depression has definitely decreased and I am all around more accepting of myself and my body- with this my libido has increased and I now have more energy for my daughter. I have done several sessions with Jen now and she is brilliant! The sessions are calm and relaxed and I always leave feeling amazing! She is very supportive and patient and there is absolutely no judgement. I meet Jen on a farm in Australia doing blueberry picking and we became friends instantly singing and dancing together. Jen is so passionate about yoga and is generous when sharing her knowledge with others and giving guidance through your practice. She has a calming and relaxing tone and an inviting friendly energy that will allow you to settle in and feel at peace right away!
Jen has very special way of connecting to students through yoga and pranayama. Every class feels like an adventure with her that opens up to new way of discovering your mind, body and emotional perspective. Also she’s gotten the best music taste!
