Start a video lesson
Access to the video tool is possible as soon as a lesson is booked on Superprof, even if your lesson has been agreed face to face.
For this you must book and pay for your lesson via Superprof. As soon as your tutor accepts your request, it will be displayed in the 'Lesson' tab with the video icon.
Start your video lesson
To access the video conferencing application, you must agree to the terms and conditions for confidentiality.
To configure the camera/microphone, click "Request permissions".
Then click "Allow" in the browser's pop-up window to confirm.
Once you have authorised access, you can test or disable your camera and/or microphone. When you're ready, click the "Join meeting" button to start your online lesson.

During the lesson
Configure the image quality of your camera, i.e. with background blur effects.
You can improve the quality of your sound by enabling noise cancellation.
You can share your screen with your teacher.
You can interact with your tutor via chat by clicking the chat bubble icon at the bottom of the central toolbar.
At the end of the lesson
You will be notified of the end of the session 10 minutes before the end of the reserved lesson time.
Your lesson has already been paid for at the time of the booking, so you can end the call with peace of mind.

You can access the online lesson function 10 minutes before the start of the lesson from your Messaging centre on your mobile or your computer.

In order for your lesson to take place in the best conditions, we advise you:

During the lesson
If your connection is interrupted, you can re-join your class by clicking on “join” again from your mailbox.
At the end of the lesson
A little bit late? Don't panic, you still have an additional 15 minutes at the end of the session to conclude your lesson. Beyond this additional time, the video call will be automatically closed. We therefore invite you to reschedule a new lesson.
