Every lesson is warm, welcoming, and encouraging, and it's clear how much thought goes into the preparation including tailoring Mandarin content to my travel needs. Lessons are well structured, and I always come away with resources and slides that make self-guided study easy between sessions. She is also very patient even when I'm stuck on something. On top of that, Suyun is flexible and reliably on time. I was hesitant to start learning a new language but Suyun has made it very enjoyable, she is a brilliant tutor!
