To manage your notifications, go to the 'My Account' tab. In the 'Notifications' section, you can activate or deactivate them by clicking on them.
You can modify your notifications,
By SMS:
- Lessons requests: Notifications related to acceptance or rejection of your lesson requests and messages from your teacher.
By email:
- Account activity: Notifications related to your account, changes to it and your subscription
- Lessons requests: Notifications related to acceptance or rejection of your lesson requests and messages from your teacher.
- Offers concerning my listings: Notifications if you are also a teacher on the platform.
As Superprof is a website, all communications are sent by email. Any deactivation of notifications is the responsibility of the member.
