About Stefan

I'm a 3D artist and Designer that has worked in a variety of companies since 2018 and has taught at University for both Bachelor and Masters courses. I've been mentoring since 2015 and love to help people who are struggling through the complexities of technical development, especially within a subject that is unfortunately taught poorly in a lot of institutions. I have taught in a TIGA approved UK course, Online, to Chinese Game Art students, in a college (high school), and informally supported my peers. My technical knowledge and traditional background allow me to help you learn the tech while focusing on improving your art.

About the lesson

Depending on what you aim to achieve in these sessions I will cover: - Work review and demonstrative adjustment - Software learning, using maya for 3D animation --- Keyframes, Timelines, Graph Editor - Animating looping actions (idle, walk, run, other) - Animating dynamic actions (Jumps, traversals etc) - Animating faces and facial expressions This will be done through screen share. The session is recorded and sent to you or (with permission only) uploaded to youtube.

Stefan is an amazing tutor, he was my lecturer for the first year and a half at Uni. And at times gave more valuable information/teachings than lectures on their own modules. He has a great understanding of the development pipeline. Helped me with my understanding of UV's and my general organisation of the workflow I was using. Whilst he has a passion for stylised characters, the understanding that he has enables him to help within any area of 3D modelling
