I will first familiarize you with the feel of the water, get you over how to stretch freely in the water, and teach you how to effectively close your breath in the water. Then you will be taught the rhythm of your posture and movements in order to save more energy to swim. I will finally teach you how to float in the sea and some self-rescue operations.
I want to teach people over the age of 7 and follow my teaching process and follow standardized instructions, I don't want students to be in too much of a hurry, which can be dangerous because learning to swim is very serious.
