My name is Angus I've had multiple amateur boxing fights and I have been training for over 5 years in boxing, calisthenics and powerlifting. I am a current boxing trainer at mefit 24/7 and am looking to help people with the knowledge I have gained as I firmly believe there is no point knowing something if it can't be shared. I hope you let me help you lead a more healthy wholesome life and not make the same mistakes I have along the way.
