About Patricia
My true passion is helping others. In today’s world, where so much is constantly happening around us, it can feel overwhelming and difficult to stay centered and that’s okay. I have witnessed the profound and magical transformation that comes from shifting our relationship with the mind and changing the way we respond to life’s challenges. Everything is energy, and once we learn how to understand it, read it, and flow with it, we can begin to consciously shape our reality.

I had 2 sessions with Patricia and she is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. She guided me first a 40 min meditation and breath work. I didn’t know my mind and body needed that. The second practice was focused on letting the thoughts go and focusing on the breathing on its own. I’d like everyone to give it a go and let her guide you with both meditation and breath work.
