About Darlene
Beyond being a certified health coach and personal trainer, I am a mom and understand time constraints and losing weight after pregnancy. I am a military veteran and love sharing skills I have learned such as time management and creating structure in your day to help assist you in meeting your health goals. I am passionate about teaching health and fitness and helping my clients improve their quality of life.
