About Alex

When life keeps you running, it can be easy to get ahead of ourselves... As a coach, instructor, and athlete, I have a background in short-term and long-term (micro/macro) cycle planning. I am motivated to help you find the appropriate routine and approach to keep you healthy and motivated while you achieve your goals! We will identify a series of short and long-term goals and will design a training cycle that will best suit your needs. All ages and backgrounds are welcome!

We are at the starting line to your next pursuit! Together, we will prepare and visualize the training required to meet our objectives, and reassess as necessary to reflect your goals. By learning about your specific goals and objectives, we will have the opportunity to identify the appropriate direction for you to engage with!
