About Luca

Hello everyone, I moved to Brussels a few months ago. I am a conservatory professor in Italy (Conservatorio di Cosenza) and researcher at the Brussels Conservatory. I have been playing the accordion for 25 years and have deepened all of its musical styles and sonic possibilities from classical music to contemporary music, from tango to musette, from klezmer to improvisation. I have been teaching for 15 years, at any levels, from children to retirees who finally have time to follow their passion! Classes in French, English, Italian, Spanish.

About the lesson

My teaching method is built on the needs and possibilities of the student. It is extremely important for me to understand what the student wants to learn. I find it useless to study for hours and hours some technical exercises if a person wants to learn a folk tune or a simple soundtrack. But if a person wants to reach a level of virtuosity then I can suggest the best exercises for this purpose. It is extremely important for me to know the style of music that you want to learn, in order to study songs that fit your taste and passion! For the didactic, technical and expressive part I have skills ranging from the absolute beginner to the professional who wants to improve.
