About Deanah
Hi, I'm Deanah. I'm an incredibly passionate artist and would love to impart that knowledge to young people who are either thinking of working in the cultural industry or want to learn fun stress relief. As I have a Bachelor's in Creative Practice, I not only know art, its mediums, and its complex history but have also undertaken marketing and new media units as part of my degree (pushing art into the 21st century). Besides my qualifications though, I'm a practising artist with a working studio that I regularly work in, and I am a very active member of my local art community.

About the lesson

To start, students will lead the lesson by expressing their artistic preferences. Based on their interests, I will guide them to explore historical artists and techniques that align with their creative pursuits. I would prefer to work with younger students who can fully benefit from exploring creativity without the pressures of secondary schooling. Students of all skill levels are welcome.
I have a bachelor's degree in Creative Practice, a Diploma and an Advanced Diploma in Visual Art, which makes me extremely proficient in art history knowledge and techniques. I also regularly participate in collaborative projects which require patience and teamwork.
The length of the lesson will be influenced by the students' ages and will typically range from 45 minutes to 1 hour
