About Aurora
I am a student working towards becoming a Veterinarian in exotic animal medicine. Through my elementary years, I struggled with school because I learned differently than other students. When I entered middle school, I was placed in advanced math and English because my teachers understood my way of learning was different due to anxiety and ADD. I want to help students by providing them with the best quality tutoring for their individual needs.

My lessons are geared towards elementary and middle school ages. I work with my students by understanding their way of learning and incorporating it in lessons, allowing for information to stick with them. My tutoring encourages learning experiences through mistakes that will be made, in my sessions there is no shame for learning, only helpful feedback. I have patience and experience with children that struggle in school due to ADHD, dyslexia, anxiety, and other conditions that may alter one’s ability to understand new information similarly to others.
