About Hazel

I am a vocal tutor with 9 years of experience and a BM in Choral Conducting, specializing in recording-focused training. My lessons emphasize studio readiness, with a strong focus on microphone skills, layering, and vocal production. I cover R&B, Pop, Hip-Hop, and Electronic styles, training students to perform across modern genres. I also teach essential tools like auto-tune awareness and vocal compression. My students include emerging artists, high school singers, and adult vocalists preparing for professional projects. Every lesson balances technical control with artistic individuality. I ensure students feel confident in front of the microphone and prepared for studio collaboration. Exercises simulate real recording challenges, making the transition to the studio natural. I also focus on vocal hygiene and sustainability for long recording sessions. Lessons are interactive, motivating, and centered around each student’s goals. I guide students in building their artistry while mastering studio demands. The goal is to help you record with clarity, confidence, and creative excellence.
