About Fabrizia

I have a strong drive for learning and teaching, and helping others grow in their careers is something I’m genuinely passionate about – I've had some amazing mentors and teachers myself during my career and I'm grateful to be in a position where I can give back. I have a degree in Cognitive Psychology + Ergonomics and several design certifications (including from UAL, Cal Arts and IBM) and I have been working professionally for 8 years in many different industries including FinTech, HRtech, AI Saas and Health-tech.

I’ll share insights from my own career, including design workflows, industry trends, and portfolio-building strategies that stand out to employers.
