I'm from Ukraine. And 3 months ago moved to Australia. I'm the professional dancer and a coach of stretching and pole dancing. My coaching experience is more than 6 years. In my classes I try to pay maximum attention to every student and consider features of physique and sport experience.

Every lesson starts with basic warm ups and after that we do exercises to strengthen our muscles and ligaments. Then our body will be ready for smooth stretching. Usually we
stretch a certain part of muscles. It could be legs or back and shoulders.
