About Courtney
I am an Ex Elite Taekwondo Athlete who represented Great Britain at many international competitions including Junior Europeans and World Championships in Muju.
I have been involved in Taekwondo for 12+ years now and currently coaching at Onetaekwondo in Coopers Plains. I am 3rd Dan Black Belt however specialise in Olympic sparring.
EDUCATION: I have a First Honour in Sport and Exercise Science and an endless amount of knowledge regarding weight making.

Due to my experience in the GB academy I teach varied sessions with specific aims. I focus of technical, tactical, scenario work, conditioning/fitness, Strength and Conditioning and more.
I am looking to teach students who are dedicated, passionate and willing to work hard to achieve their goals.
