About Hanna
Since the beginning of middle school, I have kept a 4.0 GPA with outstanding marks in every course I have taken. Now, in high school, I continue to strive to better myself in the courses I take, still maintaining a 4.0 GPA (unweighted), and 4.5 (weighted). I have taken and successfully completed Basic Arithmetic, Geometry, Algebra I and II, Biology, and Chemistry. I am a part of an after school homework help program, and have gained useful skills in tutoring all of those subjects through it. Not only do I excel in academics, but I also have consistently played the piano and violin for 10+ years. My extracurriculars consist of but are not limited to: piano, violin, guitar, drums, soccer, basketball, and volleyball. As a current high school student, I understand the struggles of not immediately grasping a topic in either math or science courses. Depending on a student's learning method, I will alter lesson plans to break down certain topics within their abilities in order to allow them to excel. With this method, I hope to make it more personalized to their liking, permitting them to truly grasp what knowledge is being taught. As a tutor, my hours and pay are very lenient as I love to give back to my community. My lessons in math and science are for middle school to high school students, varying in Arithmetic, Geometry, Algebra I and II, Biology, and Chemistry. Please do not hesitate to reach out!
