About Christine

I am an ESL/English Teacher/Trainer currently teaching LLN to adults. I am experienced teaching a culturally diverse range of language learners, both in Australia and internationally. I have taught English skills to learners from kindergarten age to 3rd age learners including retirees.

About the lesson

My teaching approach is to involve the students as much as possible in their own learning. I want to encourage lots of interaction between learners and myself, and/or between two or more learners. I like to keep lessons moving with a variety of activities including the four key elements of language learning: listening, speaking, reading/viewing and writing.

What an interesting lesson with delightful Samuel. It was our first lesson, but Samuel was ready to improve his skills in English language usage. I shall enjoy helping this bright young boy on his learning pathway.

Details

If two students (of similar level) take class, I will offer a discounted rate $50 ph. I am available between 2pm - 8pm Mon - Fri and 11am - 12.30pm/3 - 7pm Saturdays/Sundays.
