About Luisa

I’ve liked languages since I was a kid, and I’d like to share that feeling with you.

Hola! My name is Luisa and I come from Bogota, Colombia. I’m a language teacher and graduated in 2014. Since then I have worked as an English and Spanish teacher with children, teenagers, and adults. I’ve worked with individual private lessons and with groups (small groups, schools, and universities). I have also taught online.

As I really love languages and traveling, I worked as a Spanish teacher in a Spanish Immersion School in the US from 2014 to 2015. This experience helped me widen my knowledge about ELE (Spanish as a Foreign Language). A couple of years later, I decided to apply to the Aupair program in Germany. Learning languages help me have a better s¡understanding of my students' position. I am currently working as a volunteer in a german school.

About the lesson

My classes are based on communication and they include:

- all levels (A1 to C2)
- general conversation
- Business Spanish
- most important, loose and adapted to your needs

Since I consider speaking and listening fundamental when learning a new language. That is why I use different resources (especially authentic material) such as articles, books, games, music or all kinds of material that suit your taste and needs.

I am also flexible with regard to your needs:

- What do you expect from these lessons?
- Are you preparing for an exam?
- Do you just want to improve your communicative skills?

Perfect! Luisa ist eine Lehrerin, die ich empfehle! Sie ist nett, geduldig und immer bereit, meine Fragen zu beantworten. Ihre Erklärungen sind klar, verständlich und strukturiert. Sie nimmt sich die Zeit, um alles zu verdeutlichen, z.B die Grammatikpunkte und die Aussprache. Außerdem war der Kurs Zielorientiert und an meine Bedürfnisse angepasst. Die Kurse waren sehr interaktiv und ich wollte über allgemeine Themen reden, was wir so gemacht haben. Am wichtigsten waren die Unterrichte locker und spaßig, weil Luisa mit etwas Geschichte den Kurs ergänzt hat. Nicht nur ist Luisa eine gute Lehrerin aber auch eine sehr sympathische Person, deswegen empfehle ich sie gerne !
