About Anne

I am Anne. I have a Bachelors Degree in Social Work and a Bachelor and Masters Degree in German Studies with specialisation in Teaching German as a Foreign and Second Language. I have worked as a German Language Teacher for more than 10 years now in Australia and Germany. Places I taught:

- Goethe Institute Sydney, Berlin and Dresden
- Humboldt University Berlin
- Sydney University
- German Language School Berlin
- Berlitz Australia
- Deutschstunde Croydon
- Sydney Community College
- other public and private schools

I am also a certified examiner for all levels for Goethe Institut examinations.

During my studies I have researched and analysed the natural learning of German as well as teaching materials and methods and developed my own material. I love to create engaging, fun and secure learning environments and improve my learners language skill opening their cultural understanding.

In addition, I am experienced in delivering and producing education programs at museums and cultural institutions to children and adults. This experience has equipped me with skills designing interactive learning experiences that cater to diverse audiences, fostering engagement and facilitating memorable experiences for lifelong learning.

Hi there, I am Anne. I am a German native speaker with a Degree in Teaching German as a foreign and second language and more than 10 years teaching experience on all levels and to all age groups. I teach groups and individuals. I am happy to taylor each class to your needs and bring all materials you need as I have a wide range of resources of text books, authentic German texts, such as websites, films, stories, songs, television programs, advertisements and magazines.
I am proficient in preparing you for any certificates, such as Goethe or TELC and also happy to help with business German.
