About Dasha
I have been practicing kundalini yoga personally as a student for many years. I am currently undertaking my official KRI Kundalini Teacher Training L1 in Brisbane. For past few years I have been also focusing on practicing Reiki (I am a master reiki practitioner), shamanic meditation & practices as well as I am teaching meditation for the Women's Meditation & Healing Group in Jindalee, Brisbane.

I am teaching kundalini yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan. It's a perfect technology as it is and it's an honour to pass down the original teachings as intended so students can benefit from this amazing holistic yoga of awareness. I only incorporate reiki healing during the deep relaxation phase to deepen inner & outer healing of my students.
