About Anagha
Hello, my name is Anagha, and I am currently a VCE teacher at Cranbourne West Secondary College. I have extensive experience in mathematics tutoring, which began during my Bachelor of Commerce studies at the University of Melbourne. For three years, I worked as a VCE maths tutor at Narre Warren South P-12 College, covering Further Mathematics, Mathematical Methods, and Specialist Mathematics.
Alongside tutoring, I completed internships with esteemed companies such as Deloitte, Mastercard, and Grant Thornton. After graduating, I joined Grant Thornton as an associate in mergers and acquisitions, eventually earning a promotion to senior associate in June 2024.
While balancing my Chartered Accountants course, private tutoring, and corporate work, I realized how much I missed teaching mathematics. This led me to transition back into education through the prestigious Teach for Australia program, allowing me to teach numeracy and economics-related fields at Cranbourne West Secondary College.
My passion for teaching mathematics has been a lifelong pursuit. With my blend of teaching experience and corporate exposure, I am committed to helping your child grow into a well-rounded individual with the confidence needed to excel in VCE mathematics. I firmly believe that success in mathematics is built on confidence, and I strive to instill that in my students.

My teaching method is to basically introduce the topic and really focus on basic understanding. Then go through a couple examples ranging in difficulty. I will come back to give a deeper lever understanding of the topic. Lastly, I let the student work and encourage ALOT of questions!
