About Anthony
I am 32 years old and I am a Jazz School graduate who graduated from Melbourne Polytechnic in 2016. I have been performing and playing Saxophone for 20 years. I have been teaching full-time for the last 3 years. I am currently looking for new students and I would love for you to come join me.

My classes include:
Practice Routine - I provide personalised practice routines for each student to aid their development of tone, time and technique.
Scales - Major modes, Jazz modes, Pentatonic, Blues, Hexatonic, Octatonic.
Arpeggios - Major/minor Triads, Major 7, Minor 7, Major 6, Minor 6, Half-diminished, Diminished, Dominant 7, Dominant 7b5, Dominant 7#5#9, Dominant 7b9.
Chart Reading - Learn how to interpret and read Jazz Charts.
Jazz Theory - Understand intervals, chord construction and the function of chords. Learn what to play over chord changes. Understand and apply upper structures.
Improvisation - Apply Jazz theory using technique to be able to fluently speak and play the language of Jazz
Fun and enjoyment is the key element to learning, this is recognised as the main focus and drive for each lesson.
