About Caity
Hi! My name is Caity, I currently tutor VCE Literature and History. I have 7 years of tutoring experience and have tutored over 50 students. I also have a current Working With Children's Check.
I graduated from The University of Melbourne in 2022 with a Bachelor of Arts (Majoring in Literature). And completed my Honours degree in Literature in 2024. I am a current graduate student and will be commencing a Masters in Teaching next March!
I currently have spots available in the following subjects:
- English Year 10, VCE Units 1-4 (I have read most of the texts on the study design, but will read/watch every text you study!)
- Literature Units 1-4 (I have read most of the texts on the study design, but will read/watch every text you study!)
- History Revolutions Units 3-4 (Russia, China, France, America)
- Modern History Units 1-2
- Ancient History
My rates include: 24/7 email and/or text support, study notes, resources, and feedback on writing (including outside the lesson).

- Every student is different, because of that I endeavour to tailor my tutoring style to the needs of each individual student. Having experience with over fifteen students across five years I am dedicated to helping my students understand and engage with the subject they are taking.
- Typically lessons run from 60-90mins depending on the wants of the student. However, closer to exam times I understand the want for longer sessions and do offer 2 hour sessions.
- As a tutor I have five years experience tutoring across Literature, English, and History. I also have a current Working With Children's Check
- I tutor primarily year 11 and 12s
