About Maggie
I have been a classroom teacher for the last 10 years, and I am well-versed in the ways that learners most commonly struggle. I have an undergraduate degree in Elementary Education and Special Education, and my Master's degree is in STEM Education (for all levels). I have taught nearly every grade from Pre-K to 8th grade and have tutored up to the High School Senior level.

I utilize a gradual release model in my lessons in which I model the skill, work on examples with you, then have you demonstrate your understanding to me. Lessons are adaptive based on the indiviual learner's needs and utilize a variety of approaches to deepen understanding.
