I have a different methodology that I follow based on the standards. For Uni students one of my methodology I will discuss below, Basically, I will recall the previously learned information. Then make sure they understood the problem, by stating the problem in one's own words. Next, I will apply their classroom situations into novel situations in the workplace.
I am a graduate of Master of information systems, and working as a tutor at the University of Melbourne. I handled 30 students in one batch. I had work experience with software developers and automation tester. I am adaptable to the person to person and online teaching.
● Assess, assist and encourage the students in the learning processes.
● Review materials used in classes, explain various topics and guide students during the course.
● Monitor student performance or assist students in academic environments, such as classrooms. Review class material with students by discussing the text, working solutions to problems, or reviewing worksheets or other assignments.
● Maintain records of students' assessment results, progress, feedback, or school performance, ensuring confidentiality of all records.
