I am a fully qualified teacher in Ontario currently working in Grey Bruce area. I have numerous years of experience teaching in the classroom and for private clients. I also have additional qualifications for working with students with exceptionalities, and am currently becoming qualified to teach French as a second language.

I believe in a growth mind set, and that anyone can be "good" at math. I believe in a focus on number sense and numeracy foundations to support learning in other strands. I believe in a hands on and constructivist teaching technique in which the student learns to visualize quantities, operations and otherwise. I also believe math can be fun! I like to incorporate games and I like to instill the thinking of math problems like puzzles or challenges.
