Making a goal breakdown for every session and future sessions, catering to student's learning style by knowing their strengths and weakness. Learning process would be interactive and with a clear and simple explanation, students are able to apply and solve questions on their own.
A lesson would be around one hour. I am a tutor/mentor for English speakers back home in Indonesia for 5 years and I also do many mentoring sessions for the school's student council. I teach students with various age range mostly from grade 1-9 and several students outside this range.
