I have been a preceptor to nursing students and being patient is important. I make sure to gauge what their current knowledge is and the goals they want to meet in assessing the time and teaching required.

I haven't picked up a pen to draw for a long time and was not feeling confident before the session. But Therese was really good getting me started on my journey again. She shared plenty of her tricks and practical advice. We had a blast and I was encouraged and able to draw something I'm proud of!
