About Ali
I received my training in Rishikesh India for Kundalini and Hatha Yoga (500 Hours TTC) and Yin Yoga (100 Hours TTC).
I teach weekly Kundalini and Intro to Kundalini Yoga Classes and Yin Yoga Classes, as well as teaching Hatha, Slow Flow Classes at different Corporate Offices and settings.
I am also a Wellness+Life+Spirituality Coach, Reiki Healer + Sound Healer and draw upon those mediums for my classes as well and love tailoring lessons to fit the individual or group.

I have an immense enthusiasm for blending all of my expertise and passions together including meditation, mindfulness and my coaching background into my yoga classes, creating the welcoming, safe space for true self care, self love and self examination to take place. I encompass a full spectrum mind, body soul approach guiding you on your inner journey of self discovery, whatever this might look like for you.
Classes tailored to fit the individual or group's interests and needs!
All ages and levels welcome! I have taught students as young as 5 all the way up to students in their 70's.

My cancellation policy is 24 hours. If you cancel before 24 hours, you will be fully reimbursed. However, if it is within the 24 hour timeframe, the full cost will incur.
