About Diez
I started training martial arts in my early twenties, although it wasn't until my early thirties that I went to China and focused on Chinese kung fu and sanda. I spent about six years studying in Shandong and Guangdong, finally becoming an official inheritor of Master Guo in 2019. I also lived in Chiang Mai, Thailand for a little while and trained Muay Thai. I've been coaching martial arts in China since 2013, and the UK and Australia since 2019.

Train the traditional Chinese way, increasing stamina and strength but also working on longevity and understanding your body. We start the session with the traditional kung fu warm-up and stretches, followed by basic drills and sequences, and then the practice of forms. Lessons have a practical part where we practice sparring/self-defense drills, and warm down.
